Business: development of software for small companies. This website informs about Ellie OS and takes sign-ups for its waitlist.

Privacy notice

Who is responsible. The three partners named above. Write to hello@ellie-os.eu about anything concerning your data.

What we keep. Your name and email, how you heard about us if you tell us, the link you came from (for example the QR code of an event), and the time you signed up.

Why. Only to let you know when Ellie OS is ready for you and to invite you to try it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time by email; we then delete your data.

Who else sees it. Nobody but us. Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, who process it on our behalf. We sell nothing and share nothing.

How long. Until we have invited you, and at most twelve months after Ellie OS opens to the public, or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies and tracking. None. This site sets no cookies, has no analytics and loads nothing from other servers. Like every web server, ours keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page) to stay running and secure.

Your rights. You can ask us what we keep about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed to you; you can object to its use. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
